The Ground and Pound H.U.S.T.L.E for MMA

We are hosting a workshop aimed at delivering efficient Ground and Pound.  The 3 hour session will be delivered by our head coach and Gym owner David "The Gladiator" Galbraith​ who has over 20 years martial arts experience. Everyone is welcome.

 

We'll be covering 6 key points:

 

Hitting hard and effectively.

 

Using submissions to set up escapes

 

Setting up shots to land submissions.

 

Taking control

 

Looking busy (Scoring points)

 

Exit points and defensive manoeuvres
