Personal training is the fastest most effective way to reach your goals.At NewLife gym Glasgow we have developed multitude of different training systems in order to reach every client's needs.

 

 

Training system

weight loss

Kick start your metabolism with high intensity training regime and a balanced nutrition plan. We have helped many clients lose weight and transform their body with as little as 2 pt sessions per week. We always recommend at least three session although we understand you have work commitments etc. That's why the NewLife team encourage our clients to be as active as possible outside of the gym.

  

Build muscle

When building muscle it is important to strike a balance between work rate and recovery. Your body requires rest to repair so our system is designed to allow certain muscle groups to work while others are resting. Your nutrition plan will differ from that of someone looking to lose weight so it's important to get it right.

How MUCH DOES IT COST?

Each package is individually tailored to suit your requirements. An initial consultation is required so we can get all the relevant information needed to design a package. There's many factors including work, frequency of training stress levels, weight, nutrition, budget, sleep and family.

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING WITH?

The initial consultation is free and will be taken by myself. As the gym owner I feel it's important that I'm your first point of contact. After our consultation I will assess your situation and we'll make a mutual decision to what trainer is suitable for you.

As an actor Gerry was looking for ways to tone up and learn new skills. Boxing was a perfect solution so we structured a boxing program to work around his busy schedule.
